UV LED Flexo Printing

1. Supports external IO signal control and is associated with the printing press speed signal. Power output is adjusted by the print speed automatically.
2. Supports real-time monitoring of the current, voltage and temperature of the UV LED curing lamp.When it is abnormal, the equipment alarms and automatically turns off the UV LED curing lamp.
3. Supports manual mode and automatic mode.
Manual mode: stand-alone debugging mode. It does not need to be associated with the printing press signal to run independently.
Automatic mode: It needs to be associated with the printing press signal, and the equipment runs synchronously with the printing press.
4. Supports water chiller online control, automatic following, digital dimming, historical alarm information, irradiation time query and other functions.
5. There are quick plugs for both water and power. The water flow of each UV LED curing lamp supports independent solenoid valve control, which can automatically turn on the water flow when each lamp is turned on and automatically turn off the water flow when the lamp is turned off to prevent condensation on the UV LED lamp.
6. Supports docking with press speed signal, imprint signal, and alarm signal.
Speed signal support type: 0-10V analog or encoder acquisition;
Imprint signal support type: relay dry contact short-circuit signal or low-level active signal;
Alarm output signal type: Relay dry contact short-circuit signal.
